Carrie Combs graduated from West Virginia University in 2007 with her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree. She returned to work in her hometown of Hazard, KY at the Medicine Shoppe before opening Mountain Community Pharmacy in 2016.

Jeff Sandlin is co-owner of Mountain Community Pharmacy. He is a native of Perry County, KY.
